for me it is a connection, like a silvery light filled envelope, to god. it is a cry for help, or a plead to save a life, its also a thank you for making me, me.

ice cream brings happiness

i love ice cream, even adverts of the stuff.
its easy to make, fun to share, you can eat any time of the day..or night. my faves are ben n jerry choc fudge and hegan das strawberry cheasecake

I'm in a race where I'm not going to win.
If i sit down and actully feel, feel, there are 16 places of pain in my body.
I try but my body has already given up on me.
I thought my friends were secure around me.
Motherhood in uk is isolation.
Parents lie.

summer is here!

the birthday month

this is star aniseed. it has a slight licorice taste and is used in chinese dishes, it is also a key ingredeint for the bird flu vacine (if anyone is interested lol)
aslo, add it the the chicken soup and it gives the flavour a kick!
